In 2023, we launched the "Better Bundles" campaign, crafted to infuse a sense of fun and energy into the customer experience, the campaign aimed to resonate with a Pan-Caribbean audience.
KPIs: Our objective was to achieve more than 20,000 sign-ups for mobile, broadband, and bundle services. While customer acquisition was the primary target, our strategy focused on converting these sign-ups into long-term subscribers, leveraging the high engagement rates this campaign was designed to attract in the Cayman Islands.
